International Rugby: 3rd Bledisloe Cup Test of 2018: New Zealand v Australia 2nd Half Write-Up at Nissan Stadium in Yokohama, Japan

In the 46th minute, Rob Simmons first got over the line.

Though, as his possible TRY held up & not grounded; it may not be a five-point score.

But Australia still has the immunity as their skipper Michael Hooper takes the penalty kick.

Bernard Foley successfully punted between the sticks as Australia trail New Zealand by three points, 13-17.

Scott Sio threw his hands off his feet in giving New Zealand an unfair advantage with the ruck.

In return, Beauden Barrett takes a successful punt into the goal for three extra points.

Not long later, B. Barrett ran a fantastic set-piece line on the run home thanks to the short ball pass from Rieko Ioane.

As B.Barrett scores the all-around converted TRY, New Zealand extends their lead to 27-13 v Australia.

Codie Taylor pushed and shoved Tolu Latu firsthand.

But Latu fought back the referee sin-binned him for ten minutes.

Ben Smith ran a straight line on the far right before it proved too easy for him & hard for Australia.

It’s a costly error from Israel Folau who throught he passed to Michael Hooper.

Instead, it’s Ben Smith who took advantage of the turnover.

Thanks to his five-point play, New Zealand further extended their lead to 32-13.

In the 75th minute, Samu Kerevi ran a short line on the far right as New Zealand may have held him up.

But Kerevi fed a short ball to Israel Folau in executing the TRY on the run home.

Two minutes later, Rieko Ioane responded to Australia’s late TRY as New Zealand too added extra points on the scoreboard.

Credit to Aaron Smith who provided a great direction on the far left with some gaps.

It allowed Beauden Barrett to assist Ioane & execute with the set-piece play.

At last, New Zealand has the final say with a 3-0 whitewash in this year’s Bledisloe Cup campaign.
