Despite running the first two stages, Brad Keselowski looked clueless as to why the brakes failed at New Hampshire.
Now Keselowski moves on from his disappointing run before he heads to Pocono Raceway later this week.
Brad Keselowski started from 6th where he moved up two more spots until he made his first stop during the competition caution on Lap 35.
He restarted from 9th straight after the restart before he fell to 12th at the end of Stage 1.
So the No.2 crew ordered a wedge and air pressure adjustment to see how Keselowski’s car reacts in Stage 2.
The feedback Keselowski got doesn’t gain that much where he finished 11th towards the halfway mark.
He did gain two spots in 9th during the first half of Stage 3 thanks to another stop during the next stage break.
However, Keselowski’s day has gone to a slow halt due to a lack of brakes.
With less than 50 laps left, the No.2 crew fixed his brakes up which restored half a pedal before Keselowski came home 32nd with seven laps down.

It’s been an okay first two stages for Brad Keselowski where he ran in and out of the Top 10.
He tried to hope for the best with a Top 7 finish following a solid stop in the lead up towards Stage 3.
But the lack of brakes have stagnated Keselowski’s progress and ultimately dented his hopes of securing a decent finish at New Hampshire.
Anyways, Keselowski is hoping to rebound at a track he recently did quite well.
Despite finishing 5th three times, he’s looking more than just ending that spot when it comes to ticking off a race win.
He hasn’t done that so far in 20 races this season as Keselowski will be hoping that the No.2 car performs excellent lap times on Friday & Saturday.
That’s where most of the work will be done to help Keselowski maximize his race strategy during race day & try to finish as high as possible.
