Thoughts on FOX Sports hiring Bob Pockrass as their new NASCAR insider

FOX Sports welcomes its newest insider for this year’s NASCAR coverage ahead of its RaceHub return in a fortnight.

And it’s a hard-working & award-winning journalist who usually stops by in the media center.

Meet Bob Pockrass.

First of all, it’s great to have someone who can contribute the sport with a broadcaster that currently has the rights.

Pockrass will improve RaceHub to a whole new level and tell viewers the best day’s stories that they missed out during the day.

Don’t forget he will be attending each race weekend and contribute to their RaceDay & Victory Lane shows.

It would also be nice if Pockrass can play a part in FOX NASCAR’s practice, qualifying and race day coverage too.

That would be reminiscent to what Nate Ryan plays a part in NBC’s NASCAR coverage on all programs.

At last, expect Pockrass to launch his podcast via Apple & Google Play soon.

In any way, FOX hiring Pockrass will add an extra edge to their well-informed and experienced NASCAR crew.
