NASCAR XFINITY: Justin Haley off to a strong start with the Stage 1 win at Daytona

Polesitter & defending champion Tyler Reddick may have started from the pole.

But a problem with a flat tire Reddic suffered during qualifying saw him start from the back.

Instead, Jeffrey Earnhardt leads the line ahead of Michael Annett in the front row at Daytona International Speedway.

The 2019 NASCAR Racing Experience 300 waved under green as it’s the first race of the new XFINITY Series season.

Earnhardt fired off well in the No.18 Toyota for the first of his nine-race stint with Joe Gibbs Racing.

Not far from behind the leader, Justin Haley lies in 2nd as Ross Chastain isn’t behind in 3rd.

Though, Michael Annett lost a few positions as he slipped outside the Top 10 mark.

Regarding the limited-budget cars, there’s only one driver who sat on the back end of the Top 10.

It’s Ryan Sieg who drives the No.39 Chevy for his team, has run as far as 8th.

And Reddick bounced back from the back row to 11th with Stage 1 about to conclude here in Daytona.
