NASCAR Cup: Matt DiBenedetto may have led the most Daytona 500 laps so far but Ryan Blaney swoops the Stage 2 win

Matt DiBenedetto returned to the race lead as he looks on to fend off Kyle Busch.

Two Hendrick Motorsports cars aren’t behind them with Alex Bowman 3rd & William Byron in 4th.

Likewise, from Stage 1, some drivers take a quick dip with fuel on pit road under green.

Halfway into this stage, the lead and few other spots in the Top 5 has remained unchanged.

Going a little down the field, Denny Hamlin had to save fuel according to his new Crew Chief, Chris Gabehart.

DiBenedetto has led the most laps so far of over 40 with less than 100 overall laps to go.

With 14 laps to go, as lapped traffic coming into play Parker Kligerman and Casey Mears lost control at Turn 1.

Not long later, some drivers came into pit road before Kyle Busch exited his stop first ahead of everyone.

As Stage 2 about to close, Ryan Blaney held William Byron for this mini-win.
